Truffled Cheese with beech ash on rind. Made with pasteurised cow's milk from Veneto.

This cheese has a sweet, milky taste, somehow dominant of the aroma of truffle. The aftertaste is long and sweet, with hints of forest and truffles.

Latteria Moro was founded in 1930 in Oderzo by Luigi Moro, the grandfather of the current owner Sergio. Over the years, they have become experts in creating unique and sophisticated combinations of flavours.

This product is excellent on its own. Amazing over polenta dishes or scrambled eggs. Also very good with risotto dishes.
