Focaccia is known throughout Italy in various forms and is a flavourful yeast bread, similar to pizza but thicker. Ours is made with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, and comes in a 1kg size generously feeding 10 people.
Our Focaccia platter pairs perfectly with the rest of our catering offering, including meat and cheese platters and salads. Also excellent served simply with some olive oil.
